The latest update to the classic "OMI" (Oldman Intake) ...this is the best version we've ever made.

If you look at your intake pipe from the airbox to the turbo, you will see it's a twisted mess. This is not the best for flow.

This OMI intake pipe streamlines this twisted plastic mess that came from the factory.

The OMI really gives the intake tough sound, as well.

ALH OMI Instructions
- 1- CCV T hose
- 1-OMI
- 1-turbo inlet 90 silicone hose
- 1-metal joiner
- 2- W2 Supra 79mm-85mm clamps
- 1- W2 Supra 68mm-73mm clamp
- 1-W2 Supra clamp for turbo (differs depending on turbo)
Step 1: Remove stock airbox to turbo pipe. Unplug the ccv and unbolt the 3 bolts holding the turbo hose to the intake manifold. The following link could help you to see what you need to remove: http://www.myturbodiesel.com/1000q/a4/clean-intake-manifold-VW-TDI-carbon.htm (you do not need to remove the EGR).
Step 2: Slide 90 degree silicone hose onto turbo slip applicable clamp on. Drop in the OMI from the top of the engine bay. Slide it down onto the 2.25" end of the silicone 90.
Step 3: Slip the 2.75" silicone T hose onto the top of the OMI and then pull it back onto the air box.
Step 4: Gently pull the CCV up so the plastic pin holding it in place on the Valve cover is out. Turn it so that you can now slip the end into the Silicone T.
Step 5: Tighten all the clamps and have fun.

It fit's really well in my 03 Jetta w/ ALH. Just be mindfull of the coolant and vacuum lines running next to it because it may vibrate and wear through.

The product is high quality with good materials, bends, and clamps. Unfortunately, on my 17/22, I had a lot of challenge getting it fit properly. In the end, it required trimming on the airbox side and the airbox still doesn't quite fit properly. Maybe it's just me?

when i was installing this, it is a bit of a tight fit, but once you have it on it looks really nice, and it added a really nice sound to my car. Gives the TDI engine a sound worth listening to. thanks. =D
