This is an ALH version of the European PD 150 turbo. Long proven to be more reliable than the stock VNT 15 turbo, it can reliably produce >150 whp with the necessary supporting mods and tuning.

Combine our Genuine Bosio nozzles, our Injector Calibration or Hot Swap program, chip tuning or Q Loader, and on a 5 speed transmission add the stronger Southbend clutch to create a great package. We even have a 150 HP Package that's a great combination.... or you can build the car in steps.

This turbo can ship with our exclusive, plug and play, billet aluminum, compressor outlet adapter; making this virtually a PnP upgrade for the ALH. We offer the adapter in two diameters; 1 1/4" (OD), or 2" (OD). We normally ship the 1 1/4" adapter, since this is the correct size for the stock hose. If you have upgraded IC piping (FMIC) that's 2", please indicate above.

This turbo is brand new from Garrett, not rebuilt. There is no core deposit.

A note to early ALH owners: This turbo requires the same support bracket and oil return line as the latest version of the VNT 15. If your car was produced before mid-2001, the turbo support bracket, oil return line, and oil return line block fitting will have to be replaced with the updated version of these parts. We do sell a retrofit kit that will help in this endeavor. If your ALH was produced after mid-2001, this is a direct install.

Also available for the ALH turbo kit the VNT 17 is the right angle 'O' ring spring retainer compressor output flange that connects the turbo compressor outlet to the intercooler hose. It can be purchased above. Please indicate size.

Order this KERMATDI exclusive part for use with your with your vnt-17 or kp-39 turbo to adapt the turbo outlet pipe to use a common hose barb fitting. This makes the VNT-17 a truly 100% plug-and-play solution.

Compare the cost with a VW factory hose at nearly $200 (Which we also carry and sell for $150.00)

This innovative adapter is machined from solid aluminum billet. It will allow you to use ANY 1 1/4 inch or 2-inch hose on the outlet of your vnt-17 turbo. (PLEASE SPECIFY HOSE SIZE WHEN ORDERING) You can retain your factory ALH turbo outlet hose, or use ANY hose of the appropriate size.

Includes the parts needed to adapt the VNT-17 turbo outlet for use with any 1 3/8 inch or 2-inch hose. (please specify which size hose)

Stock ALH intercooler inlet hose is 1 1/4 inches. If you are using a EuroJet FMIC kit, please specify 2 inch size.

Braided steel oil supply line for ALH/BEW TDI cars. This replaces the factory hard line between the engine block and the turbo. Includes a -4 AN braided steel high temperature oil hose, seals, and swivel fittings needed to install between the oil supply on the front of the engine to the turbo oil inlet.

The oil supply line should be changed when a new turbo is installed. This line is durable and not prone to fractures, kinks, or breakage unlike the stock one.

Fits VNT 15 , VNT 17, 17/22 , K3A , and K3B turbos
