Brand new, genuine Bosch, 2-stage injectors for rotary injector pump TDI's loaded with Stage 1 Race 520 nozzles..

Set of four complete injector assemblies, including three "short" injectors for #1, 2, and 4 cylinders, and #3 injector with the needle lift sensor.

The sensor wire fits all 90/110 hp tdi's from 1996 to 2002. The wiring adapter for 2003 cars can be supplied upon request for no additional charge. Please indicate below.

These injectors come balanced, tested, and loaded with Bosio Race 520 Stage 1 nozzles.

The Race 520 Stage 1 nozzle provides excellent fueling and atomization for extreme power (200hp+) TDIs; surpassed only by our Race 520 Stage 2.

The absolute best results will be obtained when used in conjunction with the Q Loader Flash Programmer and Kerma Tuning (see 'ECU Tuning'), a hybrid turbo, (see our turbo upgrades) an upgraded exhaust system, (please see our selection of downpipes and exhaust options) upgraded air charge cooling (see our front mount intercooler kits), water methanol, (see Snow Performance W/M) upgraded pre-turbo intake piping, stronger lower end, (see H-beam connector rods) and improved head sealing. A cam, headwork, and drive train strengthening will also improve reliability and power. These injectors are for the BIG power TDI build. Such a set up will support 200+ whp. 

A $200 core deposit will be assessed upon check out. The core charge will be refunded upon receipt of your rebuildable injectors. After replacing new injectors send cores to:
