Today diesel performance is widely achieved with the addition of plug-in electronics. Choosing the correct module for your application can be confusing.

2003 to 2007 Dodge 5.9L CR Engines

The E-Power offers a power increase of over 200 HP & 300 lb FT. As well as amazing Performance, the E-Power also retains the stock programming in memory, and can read and clear diagnostic trouble codes output by the OEM computer.

The E-Power tuner is an excellent choice for many reasons. There are no external electronic components or wire connectors to deal with.

All modifications are performed using the very reliable factory computer system ensuring reliable trouble free service. Many limitations that restrict optimal performance of external power modules are not a problem when the E-Power programmer is used due to the level of programming that is possible.

2003-2004.5: +215 HP / +325 lb FT, Four power levels, +2-3 mpg, DTC code reading

2004.5-2005: +215 HP / +325 lb FT, Four power levels, Rev limiter upgrade to 3700 RPM, +2-3 mpg, DTC code reading

2006: +215 HP / +325 lb FT, Three power levels, Speedo correction, Speed limiter removal, +2-3 mpg, DTC code readingOn common rail engines rail pressure is critical for sustained power levels. The Twin CP3 pump is highly recommended for responsiveness and maximum power levels.

When adding an electronic module, an ATS Exhaust System is recommended for lower EGTs. When using more than one module in combination (stacking), an upgraded Turbo System and an upgraded Intake System are recommended for maximum benefit. Anytime a power module is used to increase power the air flow requirements of the engine should be increased to help burn the fuel.
