Also known as Unit Injectors, these incorporate the nozzle assembly with a 2000 bar high pressure pump providing each cylinder its own "Unit Injector". This system greatly increases the precision and control over combustion when compared with older fuel injection systems.

With every service we provide a complete tear down and inspection of the PD injector. Following the inspection the injectors are ultrasonically cleaned and rebuilt. Each injector is individually setup to insure the most precise calibration of the two-stage injection. We are able to set the PD injectors back to OEM specs or for custom or race applications we can provide a custom pressure setup according to your specifications

Please note:  We can replace and calibrate the injection section of the PD injector ...we cannot rebuild the electronics or pump section. Our service is for servicing and upgrading working PD injectors. Worn, misfiring, or failed PD injectors must be replaced with new PD injectors..which we normally have in stock

We now stock a complete range of new nozzles for the entire PD line of engines up to and including Race nozzles for off-road applications. As we always have, we only stock the OEM shims accross the complete range of sizes.  Includes 4 Seal Kits

Additionally we stock new internal alignment pins and are available as needed during your overhaul.

We offer fast turnaround which is typically one business day. Along with your overhaul we provide a data sheet with the complete details of your injector service for your records.

Kit of 4 specialty tools for changing the timing belt on TDI Engine codes BEW and BHW. Chassis include all 2004 and most 2005 Golf, Jetta, and New Beetle and 2005 Passat. Not for 2003 and earlier models equipped with rotary pump type engines. Note: This kit once contained the MN3333 for adjusting 2-hole tensioners found on some early BEW engines. Customer feedback has indicated that the replacement tensioners accept a 6 mm hex key for rotating the tensioner hub. Check your replacement tensioner for a hexagon hole. If it does not have a hexagon hole and only has two pin holes for turning the hub, you may want to order the MN3333 sold separately.

Hot Swap $600 security deposit on Injector cores and loaner tools

Injector cores and loaner tools must be returned within 30 days to receive a refund of the security deposit. If good injector cores are not returned in a reasonable time frame; After 30 days 50% of the deposit is lost, and after 45 days 100% of the deposit is lost.  We really wish this was not required, but we have received cores 8 months late. And , yes, if there are special circumstance we will make an exception
