Paying with Credit Card |
We accept credit card payment for online orders.
Please provide the “bill to” address exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. During our online real time authorization process we will validate that the “Bill to” information you provided matches the information on file with your credit card issuing company. The processing of your order may be delayed if we cannot verify the “Bill to” information or the information does not match the address information on file. We have experienced extraordinary demand for this excellent product, which is made to order for KermaTDi by the overseas manufacturer. It has been difficult for us to keep high-demand items in stock. Your credit card purchase constitutes prepayment, and delivery should be expected in most cases within 30 business days. For those items we have in stock, your shipment should be sent within 3 business days in most cases. For "pre-order" items, we will not invoice your credit card until we have a reasonable expectation that the goods will ship in a timely manner. |

Paying with Electronic Check |
We accept electronic checks for online orders. Using an electronic check allows you to pay straight out of your bank account for your purchase, no credit card required. Electronic check offers the convenience of a paper check with the safety and speed of electronic payments – allowing you to receive your purchase faster than before. Your order will not be processed or shipped until your electronic check payment clears your bank. In general this process takes four to five business days. The charge for this order will appear on your bank statement as “WFeStore elec ck”. We have experienced extraordinary demand for this excellent product, which is made to order for KermaTDi by the overseas manufacturer. It has been difficult for us to keep high-demand items in stock. Your E-check purchase constitutes prepayment, and delivery should be expected in most cases within 30 business days of the payment clearing your bank. For those items we have in stock, your shipment should be sent within 3 business days of the payment clearing your bank in most cases. |
Sales Tax |
| We collect sales tax in Utah. Tax for orders shipped to Utah will have sales tax automatically added to the order total. |
Processing an Order |
| Your order of in-stock merchandise will be shipped based on the time frame associated with the method of shipment selected at the time of check out. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. If you order cannot be shipped within 30 days of the date of your order, you will be given the option to cancel your order. |
How to Change Your Order |
If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by e-mailing us at the following e-mail address. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order.
If we have made an error in your order, we will exchange the item free of charge. No exchanges on Nozzles that have been installed!

Returns and Exchanges |

If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise contact our customer service department immediately. All returns should be shipped to the return center address below. No COD returns will be accepted. No returns on used nozzles or turbos!!! If there is an error in your order, notify us by e-mail immediately, and we will do our best to correct it.
All sales are final. |
Return Policy: |
20% Restocking fee for unused nozzles or turbos. No returns once nozzles or turbos are installed! Any goods that are returned for a refund must be in the original packaging and in saleable condition. An additional fee will be assesses for returned goods not in the original packaging. While we will do our best to help our customers process any valid claims damage claims made against the courier service, we are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping.
