This exhaust manifold was designed with a VNT-20 and MK4 and MK5 VW TDI’s in mind, but it will fit all 8v 4-cylinder VW’s. The flange will fit any GT-series or T-series turbo with a 4 bolt flange.
Typical headers nowadays are made of thin 16-gage tubes. When 16-gage metal is stretched in a mandrel bender, the wall can be reduced to approximately 24 gage.

The 4-2-1 cast manifold has very narrow merge angles and high-nickel content for a very durable and efficient design.

For an extra $300, our tubular manifold has a proprietary 3-dimensional flange design, 11-gage mandrel bends, tig-welded steel, unique support system, and high-temperature ceramic coating. It's very low profile design and complete thermal coating and wrap means you will have very low underhood temperatures.
