This fuel pump comes as standard equipment on the A4-body diesels with the Pumpe Duse motor. We found it provides benefits when installed in the TDI diesel cars with a VE injection pump. The feed pressure on the suction side of the injection pump improves injection pump performance and longevity. This also adds responsiveness, especially in the mid and upper rpm range.

While it is physically a direct drop-in replacement for your stock fuel sender, for an oem-look and fit, this pump did not come as standard equipment on the earlier ve-pump equipped diesels, so installation on an earlier diesel application requires additional wiring and a relay (not supplied)
