  • Product Description

The Polar-FIS is a plug and play device that delivers detailed vehicle parameters to the MFA/FIS screen on your dashboard of your VW/Audi Gas or Diesel. This innovation plugs inline to the Body Control Module to offer detailed diagnostics from the CAN-BUS. No need for countless gauges on your dash, A-pillar, vents or center console anymore. The Polar-FIS delivers real time information so you can access the data when you want it. Over 140 parameters are accessible with the ability to spread specific parameters over 5 screens.

Real time data is crucial when things start to go bad in your vehicle not to mention the buffers the factory builds into the algorithms like the difference in speed displayed on the speedo vs actual speed. The Polar-FIS pulls the true data prior to entering the algorithm and give you the real-time information.

This is the new 2016 Edition that has plastic black case and KESSY Range Extended for vehicles with keyless entry and engine start.

Warning: Does not fit (2011-2014 S, SE, SEL and TDI) Jetta Sedans

How do I know my car is compatible?

Locate the 2-character code that is between parenthesis in our list of compatible vehicles, for example 8P for the "Audi A3 (8P)", and check the characters on the 7 and 8 positions of your vehicle's VIN (Vehicle Identification Number).

If you find the same 8P code in these positions then it is compatible: WAUZZZ8P77A021568

This same example is applicable for Seat, Audi, Volkswagen and Skoda which are the supported brands by the product.

    1. The best gauge solution available

I bought one of these for my car late 2015 and love it, when I saw them on sale at EuroEx at the Kerma booth I bought another for my other car. on 14th Jun 2016

    2. Exactly what I wanted!

I was in the market for gauges in my MK6 GTI. Reading some reviews on the golfmk6 forum this sounded like what I really needed. Real time data with being connected to my laptop. All the different parameters are awesome. It has made tuning and road testing a lot easier. Highly recommend this product . on 3rd May 2016

    3. Easy install wish the manuals were better

Very easy to install if you have the right tools. Follow the you tube video, the torx extension is much need in some of the spaces to get the air box out of the way. Make sure you seat the polar can cable tight before tightening everything up. Once install is done, on startup your airbag, traction control, and tpms light will stay on. Just drive it and it will reset correspondingly.
Operation was easy once you figure out that you have to hold the OK button down (on my 2015 passat tdi SE) to activate the second menu. From there it is a exploring game on what is available. If you have not done so, you can select to change the types of units display, ie, for boost can be in millibar, bar or lb same in torque setting. It is there just explore the system. I especially like the flash to turn signal indicator increasing the output from 3 to 5 flashes.
As other have said, you have been standard on these cars (maybe too much for average consumer)
      on 14th Mar 2016

    4. Pretty cool

Does what it says. I'm not a computer wiz. I had to get help from my younger brother to figure out how to get it loaded with the latest software. Wish it came loaded. Maybe it did. Maybe I should have put it on to see if it was. Let my brother drive it afterwards. He really likes it and hopes to find one like it for a Toyota he owns. on 30th Jan 2016

    5. Great product

As the headline states this is a great way to monitor the essential parameters without putting stuff in your air vent or all over the dash. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the installation instructions are nonexistent and useless. After spending a few hours surfing the Internet for a few hours to find a video covering install on my MKVI golf, install only took 10-15 minutes. on 26th Jan 2016

    6. Amazing

If you in the market for something to be able to see your cars coolant temps, exhaust temps, intake temps, boost, pressures, ect along with changing something so simple like right mirror down when reversing or the 1 click turn from 3 to 4 or 5 flashes, this is something you need! Takes a few to figure it all out but definitely something that should have came stock on the cars for the true drivers. Install was super easy on the MK6 golf tdi i have. All you need to do is raise your steering wheel and a long extension with a small torx remove the 2 bolts holding the lower vent ducting and then disconnect 1 harness plug into box and connect the other end back into the oem plug! THIS IS A MUST GET! on 6th Dec 2015

    7. The single greatest gauge option period

Does your car have a full MFD/highline cluster? Why have you not bought this yet? But seriously it reads up to 20 different parameters, has 5 different screens, and maintains all factory functions for the same price as some high end gauge setups. Install is super easy plug and play. I installed this in my 2010 Jetta TDI and am thinking about getting 1 for my R32t now too. on 23rd Oct 2015

    8. Amazing product that just works

Once it is setup you will wonder why you bothered with ODBII interfaces to your phone all this time (as I did for many years). All the info you care to keep track of as well as other convienience features in your MFI display. Keeps your dash OEM and clean but can keep tabs on the healh of your car in real time. I have a 2014 GLI with an aftermarket tune as well as other enhancements and I love that I can keep an eye on the health of my car as well as a lap timer and chronograph right on my display without distracting aftermarker guages. on 11th Sep 2015
