The installation is very simple and convenient. I had a very good experience with customer support while waiting for my ECU configuration file to be added to the software. The tuned file was then turned around in about an hour after sending in my stock file. What an amazing transformation! Just came back from a long road trip after this install...and it has no trouble with accelerating up a mountain with 4 people and all our stuff in it. Installing is easy, just follow instruction and make sure you download program onto your computer. Read your stock ECU, send in file, get back modified program and upload into ECU. It really is that easy. You will notice power diffrence out of your driveway. I let my wife drive car after it was done and she loves it also. My brother has a 2014 JSW and once he drove mine, he said its a diffrent car. YES night and day with power. As I also drive 100miles a day for work, after the first week of playing with the extra power, I did notice higher MPG also. So once you keep your foot out of it and drive normal you will see the MPG going up. Sean on 4th Jan 2016
I just uploaded my new tune using the Qpro. It's a very easy process. Once you get your programmer, simply fallow the instructions that come with the tuner. First update the tuner on your computer by installing the software from the link in the instructions. It only takes a moment to update with is done automatically. Then use the supplied cable to connect the tuner to your obdII port. Fallow the instructions and download your factory settings to the tuner. Then use the software on your computer to upload the factory settings to the computer and attach the file in an email to email@example.com. I got my custom tune back a few hours later. Then save the new tune from your email and upload to the tuner via the software. Then upload the tune to your car. Just plug in and fallow the directions on the tuner.
The difference is obvious with this tune. You can feel the difference the moment you press your foot on the pedal. My engine revs almost twice as fast, the turbo is less sloppy, the car pulls like crazy, and I took a whole second off my 0-60. This is literally the best upgrade you can do to your car. JUST LIKE MANY PEOPLE HAVE SAID BEFORE, THIS CAR SHOULD HAVE COME LIKE THIS FROM THE FACTORY! INSTALLATION WITH THE Q-PRO WAS VERY EASY WITH THE HELP OF EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT FROM KERMATDI. THIS WAS A DIRECT PORT FLASH, SO NO NEED OF ECU REMOVAL. WHEN DRIVING NORMALLY, IT FEELS LIKE STOCK, BUT MUCH MORE RESPONSIVE AND LESS TURBO LAG. WHEN YOU STEP ON IT, AT WIDE OPEN THROTTLE YOU FEEL THE THING TURN INTO A TORQUE MONSTER. IT PULLS LIKE A FREIGHT TRAIN AND TRACTION CONTROL TURNS OFF IN 1ST AND 2ND GEAR. WHEEL SPIN IN 1ST AND 2ND GEAR AS WELL. THE GREAT THING IS YOU GET VERY PREDICTIVE POWER BASED ON HOW MUCH YOU PRESS ON THE ACCELERATOR. YOU DON'T GET EXPLOSIVE POWER IN UNPREDICTABLE PATTERNS. IT IS VERY LINEAR AS STATED IN THE DESCRIPTION. AS FAR AS DSG, I HAVEN'T REALLY HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH KICKS OR HARD SHIFTING WITH THIS TUNE. ANOTHER BEAUTY IS THAT REGEN CYCLES ARE NOT MORE FREQUENT AS I HAVE HEARD THAT OTHER TUNES HAVE BEEN. I HAVE AN EGR GAUGE AND I CAN SEE HOW FREQUENT THE CAR GOES INTO REGEN AND IT ACTUALLY IS HAPPENING LESS, BUT STILL DOES IT THE WAY IT USE TO BEFORE I GOT THE ECU FLASH AT THE DEALER IN APRIL. OVERALL I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE TUNE. THE GREAT THING IS YOU KEEP YOUR DPF IN PLACE AND STILL GET THE HP AND TQ THAT YOU NEED. THIS TUNE IS MUCH MORE COST EFFECTIVE FOR PEOPLE WHO CAN'T AFFORD A COMPLETE DPF DELETE AND AN IMMEDIATE DSG TUNE WITH OTHER DEALERS. HOPE THIS REVIEW HELPS SOMEONE MAKE AN EDUCATED DECISION.
